These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and purchases made on ihanstore.com (the "Website"), operated by IHAN STORE d.o.o., Miklošičeva cesta 4, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration no. 8877432000, VAT ID SI77613473 ("IHAN Store", "we"). By using the Website or placing an order you accept these Terms together with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Privacy and Cookie policies.

1. Who we are

IHAN Store is a luxury multi-brand boutique in Ljubljana. We sell to consumers online in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Electronic Commerce Market Act and EU consumer law. Contact: online@ihanstore.com, +386 31 607 500.

2. Products and prices

All products are new, original and sourced directly from the brands or their authorised distributors. Product images are indicative; slight differences in colour may result from your screen settings. Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are shopping in and, for Slovenia and the European Union, include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Prices may change at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time you place it. In case of an obvious pricing error we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it free of charge.

3. Placing an order

To order you must be at least 18 years old. The order process consists of: adding items to the cart, entering shipping and payment details, reviewing the order summary and confirming the order with the "Pay now" button. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is no longer available, the payment cannot be verified or we suspect fraud; any amount already paid is refunded. The contract is stored in our order system and the order confirmation is sent to you by email; the contract may be concluded in English or Slovenian.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods available in your market). Payment is taken when the order is placed. Card details are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection and are never stored by us.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, costs, destinations and in-store pickup are described in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Conditions, exclusions, the return procedure and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Slovenian and EU law. Details on how to make a claim are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Customer account

You may create an account to track orders and save your details. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You can request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to online@ihanstore.com.

9. Intellectual property

The Website and its content (texts, images, graphics, logos, layout) are the property of IHAN STORE d.o.o. or of its licensors and the brands represented, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Liability

We take every care to keep the Website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to online@ihanstore.com; we confirm receipt within 5 days and reply within 8 days. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. IHAN STORE d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for disputes arising from this Website. These Terms are governed by Slovenian law; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Website on the day you place your order.
