Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Ihan Store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the terms below. This policy applies to all orders placed through www.ihanstore.com.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a customer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at online@ihanstore.com. You may use the model withdrawal form (available upon request), but it is not mandatory.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Items not meeting these requirements may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
  • Earrings or piercings
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival, or
  • An incorrect item was received due to our error.

In all other cases (e.g., size exchange or change of mind), you must cover the cost of return shipping to Slovenia. We recommend using a trackable service for your protection.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at online@ihanstore.com including:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at online@ihanstore.com.
