Welcome to Ihan Store! This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website www.ihanstore.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below as part of our Terms of Service.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship from our logistics center in Ljubljana, Slovenia to most countries within the European Union and selected international destinations.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at online@ihanstore.com and we will confirm if we can arrange a delivery.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Domestic (Slovenia): 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–8 business days
  • International (outside EU): 7–20 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the order.

Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions — these will be clearly indicated on our website.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days after ordering, please contact us at online@ihanstore.com.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply according to your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.


7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect it from the courier, we will refund the product price (excluding shipping costs) once the package is safely received.

Customers are responsible for any additional reshipping costs if they wish to have the order resent.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive safely. If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at online@ihanstore.com with photos of the damage and your order number.

We will review the case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.


9. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier issues). Ihan Store cannot be held responsible for such delays.


10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or canceled.
